The Besidy Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies to the Besidy mobile application software and related products and services (hereinafter referred to as "this Product") provided by Xiamen Happy Xiaotian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (1) When you register and log in to this Product and related services, you create an account through your mobile phone number. We will verify whether your identity is valid by sending an SMS verification code, and you can complete relevant network identity identification information (such as password). We collect this information to help you complete registration. Mobile phone numbers are sensitive information, and collecting such information is to meet the network real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in information such as gender, birthday, city, etc. to complete your personal information according to your needs.
(2) You can also use a third-party account (such as WeChat) to log in to this Product. 3. Ensuring Product, Service, and User Usage Security
To help us better understand the operation of this Product and related services, so as to ensure the security of operation and service provision, we may record network log information, as well as information such as the frequency of use of software and related services, crash data, overall installation, usage, and performance data.
4. Background Data Collection
If you use the location sharing function, we will continuously collect information such as network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, software version number, network access method and type, and location information in the background. Please understand. This information is basic information that must be collected for the normal operation of the location function.
5. Permissions Required for Third-Party SDK Access Services
(1) Our products and services may include third-party products and services, as well as links to third-party websites. When you use these products or services, third parties may also collect your information. Specific mobile information is subject to the third-party privacy policy. 2. When you first register Besidy and enable the "Real-time Location Sharing" function, Besidy will explicitly obtain your consent, and you will actively enable this permission in application management. If you do not authorize it, there will be no auto-start behavior.
3. After authorization, if this application stops running due to phone restart or memory cleanup, it will listen to Android system broadcasts at a certain frequency to automatically restore the "Real-time Location Sharing" background program.
